Administrator for the NWA PMI PMP Prep Course

The Administrator helps the course run smoothly each night.  The administrator will work each week from 5:15pm (15 minutes before class) until 9:00pm (end of the class).  Each night you volunteer you will earn 4 PDUs.  You may also earn a PDU if you join the weekly planning call.  

We will need 1 (one) administrator for each night of class to assist VP of Education, the instructor and the students. 

The duties may include classroom set-up, classroom clean-up, check-in, entry of various tracking data, Ask the PMP, if the instructor is unavailable may be called upon to assist in teaching, etc.  We also ask that you network with the students , future PMPs, and help them answer any questions they might have and the questions will come up all night long – especially during the “Ask the PMP” time.  These may be the future teachers for the class or even better yet future officers and you , as the administrator, will play a key role in helping to develop our future PMP chapter members.
