These topics will be discussed to provide insight into the emerging field of user experience design and research.

She is a certified UX professional. She also is a certified scrum master and product owner. She is  the principal designer for the Walmart User Experience team.

Chase Keaten has worked in IT for 13 years in a variety of roles.  He has worked in both business analysis and user experience roles for the past 8 years.  As a UX Designer, Researcher, and Facilitator Chase has spent time in all the varied aspects of the UX space.  He has facilitated design thinking sessions around the globe and is generally considered to be a thought leader in the space.  He lives in Bentonville with his 2 daughters and his dream of making innovation commonplace
