Pench comes to us with almost 22 years of IT industry experience. 12 years of Project Management experience; initiation, planning, execution, and control through project completion with emphasis placed on cost/schedule management, implementation team oversight, test coordination and metrics reporting using with Waterfall, Agile, SAFe5.0 and Hybrid methodologies.
He has been certified with PMP, PMI-ACP, SPC5.0, CSM, CSP, SSM, SASM, SA, POPM, RTE, LPM, SDP, ARCH, APM, ICP-ENT, ICP-CAT, ICP-ACC, and ICP-FDO. Has hands-on experience in DevOps, Kanban and XP.
Pench is an Agile-Lean Transformation Coach, Trainer, Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) Program Consultant and Organizational Change Leader worked with Fortune One company in the transformation of Agility in the enterprise level. Launched multiple Agile Release Trains (ARTs) in multiple value streams with Scrum and SAFe frameworks. Successfully brought Agile maturity to provide better and cost effective solutions in many domains of Agile implementations.
As a Certified Agile Coach, he's conducted many training sessions for SAFe Scrum Masters (SSM), SAFe Advanced Scrum Masters (SASM), SAFe Product Managers and Product Owners (PMPO), SAFe Agilist (SA), and SAFe Practitioners (SP). With excellent knowledge in SAFe, Scrum, Kanban, DevOps, XP, Cynefin, Systems Thinking, Continuous integration, Continuous development and implementing projects in the global locations like United States, Singapore and India, Pench has been providing more innovative training for all the teams with more games and fun activities.
Pench has been conducting multiple workshops like Agile-Lean Bootcamp, Agile-Lean for Business, User Story Writing & Decomposition, Kanban, Prioritization & Estimating, Self-Organization, Sprint Goal and Story Mapping. Facilitated various workshops and sessions to execute Scrum Ceremonies more effectively.
