Write PMP Preperation Test Questions

E-mail education@nwapmi.org for more information.

We are working to redo the NWA PMI PMP Prep materials question material for the upcoming class(es).  We want to add additional value to the class by giving students in class a uniquely built set of PMP Test questions based on the PMBOK which will also allow them questions above what they will get from the Crosswinds material or anything else they may see outside of the class.  We need this to be written by a PMP and have the questions/answers given to the local PMI chapter so they can be used by the local PMI without copyright issues.  These cannot be copied from the internet or existing question sets.

We are reaching out to NWA PMI PMPs to see if we can get some help building the question sets for each topic.  We ask that you sign up for a topic.  To receive credit for the questions – they must be submitted in the format listed below.   So for every question and answer submitted you can earn 30 minutes towards your PDUs up to a maximum of 15 PDUs in a year.  The questions must follow format below.  We are looking for 30 questions for each of the area below.  If a person were to submit 30 questions they would then get 15 pdus.

The areas are:

  • Project Management Framework
  • Project Integration Management
  • Project Scope Management
  • Project Time Management
  • Project Cost Management
  • Project Quality Management
  • Project Human Resource Management
  • Project Communications Management
  • Project Risk Management
  • Project Procurement Management
  • Project Stakeholder Management
  • Professional and Social Responsibility

This is the format that must be followed to get credit

  • Question
  • 4 Choices (a, b, c, d)
  • Answer
  • Where in the PMBOK this came from (with page number)
  • Why the 3 choices are not the best choice
  • Why the answer is the best choice

Thank you in advance for helping us making the future NWA PMI PMP Prep courses better.  Please feel to share with others if you think they might be interested in writing questions for the course.
